Price

£15 per person. Included in your ticket price is a hearty picnic box, fresh fruit and tea, coffee or water. Please note, the minimum age for these cruises is 16 years and it is not advisable to bring pets.

Our 3 hour cruises depart from Archbishops' Palace, Maidstone which is in the town centre (ME15 6XG View Map).

Where we go

The Kentish Lady will take the three hour cruise upriver through Farleigh Lock and onwards under Farleigh, Barming and Teston bridges, turning at Teston Lock for the return journey.

Once we are through the lock the countryside opens up to reveal wildlife of all varieties including Kingfishers, Herons, Swans, Geese and Ducks, so remember to keep a watchful eye out!

Groups

For our 3 hour cruises we carry a maximum of 60 passengers. For coach companies and large groups of between 40 and 60 passengers we are happy to discuss other dates that may be more convenient to yourselves.

Licensed Bar

Of course, our licensed bar will be open if your fancy something a little stronger, that is until the bar staff have to do the locks!

Our well stocked bar serves a wide variety of drinks, including wine, spirits, alcopops, draft and bottled beer, soft drinks, hot beverages and snacks. Our bar tariffs are similar to pub prices.

Disabled Access

Set on a single deck the Kentish Lady provides excellent access for the disabled, with normal river conditions there is level entry for most wheelchairs (maximum 30 inches wide). However, there is limited access in the toilets.
